Not long after the company was founded, 45 Years ago; the Hinchly family soon realised that they needed a service department on par with the reputation for excellence the store had built for itself. A service department that would continue to offer the same exceptional service, long after the customer had left the store.

Our enginers have over 25 years of experience in repairs, and the latest specialist equipment.

In keeping with this belief, the Hinchly's service centre is able to offer the following services:

• Out of Warranty repairs for Philips. Samsung, LG, Sony and Toshiba

Panasonic Repairs

 Hinchly's is proud to be a Panasonic Regional Service Centre for south east Wales. This means that we are approved by Panasonic to carry out servicing and repairs to Panasonic products. To ensure that we are of constant exceptional standard, we maintain constant contact with other Panasonic repair centres and spares departments. Frequent training enables our service staff to be right on the forefront of Panasonic's latest innovations. We are constantly monitored and audited by Panasonic to ensure that you only ever receive the best from Hinchly's of Cardiff.

Collection Panasonic of products:

Under Warranty we are pleased to offer free collection and return of the following products:

• Plasma TV (37" and above)
• LCD TV (26" and above)
• LED TV (26" and above)
• 3D TV (32" and above)

Out of warranty We are able to offer an examination fee, report and estimate for £40. Collection and return of your product is available for £30. These fees are non-refundable when an estimate is refused or parts become unavailable. If an estimate is accepted, the examination fee will be incorporated within the first hour labour charge of £70. All in-warranty products must be accompanied by an Invoice and Warranty Certificate (applicable to warranties over 12 months).If you do not have these, please contact where you purchased the equipment.

Our service centre is able to service and repair the following products:

• BeoVision TV's
• BeoSound HiFi's
• BeoLab Speakers
• BeoCom Telephones

Multibrand Out of Warranty:

We are able to service flatscreen TV's from all major brands outside of warranty. We can Repair Samsung, Philips, LG, Sony and Toshiba.

A collection/return service is available for all flatscreens 26" and above, a price plan for Multi-brand services and repairs can be found HERE
